Crawley Town fans travel 7,000 miles to matches this season

League Two football clubs and their supporters will travel a total of 178,000 miles on the road this season.
Carlisle United top the distance table with a total of 11,877 miles on the road this season, with Northampton Town having the fewest miles to travel at 5,390 over the course of the campaign.

Hide AdCrawley Town fans will spend over 120 hours driving to and from away matches - an average round trip of 5 hours 13 minutes.
The Red Devils’ longest journey of the season is next month’s visit to Carlisle United - a 694-mile round trip by car, taking over 10 hours in total.
Fans will not only cover thousands of miles to support the Red Devils, but are set to spend thousands of pounds in the process. Supporters who drive to every game will fork out an average of £980 on fuel and £205 on parking.
The research was conducted by JustPark, the parking app, which lets football fans book cut-price parking spaces on local people’s driveways.
