Linzi Rodina took on the ‘Upside Down Every Day for February’ challenge to raise funds for Coastal West Sussex Mind.
She said: “This is a charity very close to my heart after suffering with depression myself. The stigma attached to admitting to ‘I’m not okay right now’ needs to drop. There are angels working at Coastal West Sussex Mind and in all of mental health, and the NHS is suffering especially in this area.”
