Asda supermarket in St Leonards was happy to help when it was approached by nearby primary school St Paul’s CofE Academy which re-opened last week.
Wendy Border, who is Community Champion at the store, said: “Melissa Davey, from St Paul’s School contacted me for help with cleaning materials for the school as it got ready to re-open for certain year groups to go back.
“We donated hand sanitiser, throw away clothes, Kleenex tissues, anti bacterial cleaning wipes and lots of kitchen roll.
