Join in our first ever Lewes Santa Downland Fun Run - 5k or 10k or 15k - whatever you wish!

There will be: The 5K – Santa’ Piece of Christmas Cake run, The 10k - Santa's Chimney Run and The 15k - Santa's flying sleigh. Good fun and helping for our local hospital.

Friends of Lewes Victoria organise regular events in Lewes, fundraising for our local hospital.The Friends have successfully funded many projects year after year for example paying for half of the excellent Urgent Treatment Centre. This year is no exception and Friends are working hard to provide a winter Christmassy event so have organised a special Santa Fun Run taking place on Sunday morning December 11th to raise money for our hospital.Runners must first book online (https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/friends-of-lewes-victoria-hospital) before the big day, Lewes Downland Santa Fun Run – choosing between 5k, or 10k or 15k -And then once runners have their booking, they register at Wallands School Lewes between 9am and 10am on the morning of Sunday, December 11 and collect their Santa hat and number and sign terms and conditions and then they make their way to the Downs following the marshals to the starting line.Friends of Lewes Victoria Hospital are providing tickets available online and all profits will go to financing the equipment for our hospital in Lewes. The run is for Adult runners only, due to the conditions and no dogs due to pregnant livestock.£12 per person to include Santa Hat - there will be a ticket booking fee charged by Ticketsource - total should be £12.94. Parking should be free nearby as it is a Sunday.ALL profits go to Friends of Lewes Victoria Hospital to raise money for a new ultrasound scanner, and other equipment needed. You are free to dress up in anything Christmassy - it will be fun - but if you are not keen, it is fine, no obligation.
