Horsham Town parking strategy implemented slowly
Horsham District Council has expressed concern at the ‘apparent slowness in implementation’ of the Horsham Town car parking strategy.
Car parking machines had not been improved or replaced, the council added.
The comments were made at the council’s Scrutiny and Overview Committee meeting on Monday (September 9).
