Wanted man re-arrested after 'numerous driving offences' in Sussex

A man, who was wanted by police for failing to appear in court after ‘numerous driving offences’ in Sussex, has been re-arrested.

Timothy Neville, 25 – from Station Approach, Epsom, Surrey – was known to have links to Burgess Hill and Sayers Common, according to Sussex Police.

He was wanted earlier this month, having failed to appear in court for ‘numerous driving offences’.

He has since been taken back into custody and appeared before Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 24.

Police said Neville ‘admitted committing the offences in Southwick’ in March 2022.

The 25-year-old is due to be sentenced on February 21.
