Police have issued a warning after bicycles were stolen in a spate of garage thefts in Horsham.

Horsham Police said officers have received calls about the thefts from garages in the town.

A spokesman added: “Some of the garage doors had locks broken and some were left unlocked.

“Pedal cycles are being stolen.”

Most of the garages were in a block and out of view from nearby houses or flats, police said. A spokesman urged people to always lock their garages.
