A skateboard ramp was set alight in Haywards Heath yesterday (Wednesday October 23).

Emergency services were called to the skate park in Victoria Road at 6.15pm.

The ramp had been deliberately set alight and it was put out using a hose reel.

The damaged areas were then cut away.
