The following are court results from Hastings Magistrates' Court which cover the Eastbourne area from February 11 - February 18.

February 11:

Aaron Diddams, 22, of Foxglove Road, Eastbourne. pleaded guilty to being in possession of cocaine. The offence took place at Eastbourne on December 11. He was fined £440.

February 16:

Nuno Da Silva, 28, of Pevensey Road, Eastbourne, was found guilty of assault by beating. The offence took place at Susans Road, Eastbourne on June 6 last year. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

William Easdale, 57, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to being in breach of a non-molestation order. The offence took place at Eastbourne on February 5. The court made a community order.

Gary Taylor, 37, of Hudson Close, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her. The offence took place at Eastbourne on October 22. He was fined £50 and the court made a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement.

February 17:

Michael Davidson, 35, of The Crescent, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW car on the A22, at Hailsham, on December 20 with the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his system. He was fined £500 and banned from driving for one year.

Mark Pickard, 32, of Etchingham Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to damaging internal doors and furniture belonging to Eastbourne Housing, at Ashington Road, Eastbourne, on January 30. The court made a community order with a requirement for 150 hours of unpaid work.
