Bid to build 66 homes on four-acre site at Toddington
Angmering-based Wilmington Homes has applied for planning permission for the scheme on the four-acre site, which would include 20 affordable homes.
According to the application, the site is currently not in use, but was previously used for horticulture and storage. It is not within the area earmarked for development by Arun’s development plan.
